Replacing a Gas Boiler with a Heat Pump

Many properties in Budapest still rely on gas boilers for space heating and hot water. While gas boilers are common, they are not always the most efficient or future-proof option, especially in renovated homes or properties where lower running costs and improved energy performance are priorities.

A heat pump can often replace or reduce the use of a traditional gas boiler. The best solution depends on the building, insulation level, existing radiators, pipework and hot water demand. In some properties, a full boiler replacement is possible. In others, a hybrid system may be more practical.
